Federal engineer to give evidence at Titan submersible disaster hearing

An engineer with the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) is scheduled to give evidence in front of the United States Coast Guard on Wednesday about the experimental submersible that imploded en route to the wreckage of the Titanic.
