Appeal to all Jammu & Kashmir voters to cast their vote: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has urged voters in Jammu and Kashmir to participate in the second phase of the assembly elections. Over 2.5 million voters will decide the fate of 239 candidates across 26 seats, including former chief minister Omar Abdullah. The constituencies are spread over six districts, three each in the Valley and Jammu division.
