Has anyone had any issues with rats? particular issue is in loft of a flat with other flats joined.
Roof work has been done 12 months ago and blocked any visible access routes with steel mesh\concrete but still rats are back in the loft after a year of nothing.
Even council have been out to lay poison but the buggers aint touching it, possible drain\sewer problem? as the rats have only appeared again after a year in the last few weeks since heavy rain.
Any recommendations?
