Poilievre delivers campaign-style speech as he introduces non-confidence motion

Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre has put forward an opposition motion of non-confidence in the Liberal government, asking other members of Parliament to trigger an early election. Members of the NDP and Bloc Québécois have already said they will not support the motion, which will be voted on Wednesday.
