Badlapur sexual assault case: Deceased accused's father moves HC, seeks SIT probe into `fake encounter'

Anna Shinde, father of Akshay Shinde who was killed by police in a 'retaliatory firing', has petitioned the Bombay High Court for a special investigation team to probe his son's death. Alleging it was a 'fake encounter', he seeks court monitoring of the investigation. The case will be heard on Wednesday.
