Despite doorstep benefits promised, 70-year-old woman forced to crawl 2 km to collect pension in Odisha

A 70-year-old woman in Odisha's Keonjhar district crawled nearly two kilometres to collect her old-age pension due to her inability to walk. Despite state directives for doorstep delivery, she was asked to visit the office. Authorities have now arranged home delivery of her pension and provided a wheelchair.
