IMD issues rainfall and thunderstorm warnings across southern states

A low-pressure system over the West Central Bay of Bengal is expected to bring heavy rain and thunderstorms to North Andhra - South Odisha coasts. The IMD has issued warnings for heavy rain in isolated places in Krishnagiri, Dharmapuri, and Tirupattur districts. Chennai will experience partly cloudy skies with possible thunderstorms and light to moderate rain.
