Mishri, dry fruits be offered as prasad instead of prepared delicacies: Seers' body

The Akhil Bharatiya Akhara Parishad has suggested distributing traditional offerings like sugar crystals, cardamom seeds, and dry fruits as prasad in temples to prevent adulteration. This comes after allegations of adulterated laddu prasad at Andhra Pradesh's Tirupati Balaji Temple. The seers' body emphasised the need for purity in temple offerings until the government ensures the quality of ingredients used.
