Bots rule D-Street: FIIs, prop desks made Rs 59,000 crore profit using algos in FY24

In the last fiscal year, proprietary traders and FIIs using algorithms made substantial profits (₹32,000 crore and ₹26,900 crore, respectively). A majority of FIIs and proprietary traders utilised algorithms, while only 13% of individual traders did so.
