News24 | Tuesday's weather: Strong winds, rain in some regions, but partly cloudy for most of SA

The South African Weather Service has issued a Yellow Level 2 warning for damaging winds in parts of the Free State, North West, and Northern Cape. Rain and thunderstorms are expected in the Eastern Cape, while other regions will experience varying conditions from partly cloudy to warm.
