Collagen boosts your skin’s elasticity, which an prevent the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

No Tanning

Adriana said that she never uses sunbeds, and hates lying out in the sun.

Sun exposure can lead to premature signs of ageing, such as wrinkles and fine lines.

Instead, Adriana likes to use fake tan to give herself a natural looking glow.

Water

Adriana makes sure to drink two to three litres of water a day.
