Tirupati Laddu row: Food safety regulator issues notice to ghee supplier, more PILs filed in SC

The FSSAI has issued a show cause notice to A R Diary Food Private Ltd for supplying substandard ghee to Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam. The food regulator has asked the firm to explain why its central licence should not be suspended, following allegations of adulteration in Tirupati laddus.
