Shell Ready to Shut Gulf of Mexico Platforms Ahead of Tropical Disturbance
Shell is preparing to shut in oil and gas production at two of its platforms in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico, days after resuming normal operations at other facilities in the area that were shut in ahead of Hurricane Francine.
