Jennifer Lopez Allegedly Wants to Call Out Her & Ben Affleck’s Bedroom Issues in New Album

Okay, so yesterday, we talked about how reports are already coming in that Jennifer Lopez is preparing for a heartbreak album about her ex-husband Ben Affleck. But not only that, but she’s allegedly planning to call him out for being a “selfish and basic lover.”

Insiders recently told InTouch Weekly that Lopez is “fired up” and ready to call out Affleck in a new album, and allegedly wants to call out his bedroom skills.

“When things were good between them, J. Lo put Ben and his bedroom skills on a huge pedestal,” the source said. “But her rose colored glasses are off and she’s telling people he was actually a pretty selfish and basic lover.”

“She’s so annoyed that she wrote all those sexy lyrics about him…she’s now ready to write a follow up, basically a break-up song, that will hit him where it hurts and put him on blast for all the ways he let her down, including in the bedroom,” the source added, talking about how she’s also been journaling all of her pain. “It’s therapeutic for her and she’s getting some satisfaction knowing that she’s going to eventually get some revenge by embarrassing him.”

Now, this actually isn’t the first time we’ve heard about Affleck in the bedroom. His ex-fiancée Gwyneth Paltrow had to rank her famous exes in the bedroom: Chris Martin, Brad Pitt, or Ben Affleck, during a 2023 episode of the Call Her Daddy podcast.

Martin was first, Pitt was second, and Affleck was last. (She said she had “major chemistry, love-of-your-life” sort of sex with Pitt, but added that Affleck was “technically excellent.”)

For those who don’t know, Lopez and Affleck met on the set of the film Gigli. They started dating soon after and got engaged by the end of 2002.

In 2003, they postponed their wedding and then broke up days before, due to the paparazzi and pressure they faced, and were broken up by 2004.

Then, in 2021, Lopez and Affleck rekindled their romance. A year later, they got engaged and married in a lavish ceremony. Then, after months of speculation, per TMZ, Lopez filed for divorce on Aug. 20, noting the date of separation is April 26, 2024.
