Police search for man after stabbing in Gramercy Park: NYPD
GRAMERCY PARK, Manhattan (PIX11) -- Police are looking for a man who they say stabbed another in Gramercy Park on Friday.
The incident happened in the area First Avenue and East 14th Street around 8:45 p.m., according to officials.
Authorities say a 29-year-old man was stabbed after he bumped into another unknown man while walking down a staircase. An argument broke out between the two leading up to the stabbing, police report.
The victim was transported to a nearby hospital and is expected to survive. Officers have released a photo of a man wanted in connection with the incident.
