It’s going to be a practice-heavy week ahead, only one game Tuesday before building up to more exhibition games on Saturday and Sunday next weekend.
After this week, training camp will be almost over. There are only two future official training camp practices following this Thursday, and Team 2 isn’t long for this world — it disappears after Thursday and the Penguins will consolidate back into just one team again.
You might notice there is no Team 3, what has been three practice groups (and even a fourth filled with young players doing some skates before practice) are already in the past with the Pens getting down to just two teams moving forward.
