Who is Celeb SAS narrator Shaun Dooley?
SHAUN Dooley has one of the most recognisable voices on British TV.
He is the narrator for one of Channel 4’s biggest shows: Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins.
But Shaun has appeared in many TV shows as an actor and has even produced a charity album.
Here’s everything you need to know about Shaun.
Charity album producer
Shaun was born in Barnsley on March 30, 1974 and studied at the Arden School of Theatre in Manchester.
He is well known for his voice work, but has starred in some of the biggest shows on TV.
He produced an album with his wife for Children in Need named Got It Covered.

The album featured celebrities including Helena Bonham Carter, Jim Broadbent, Olivia Colman, Luke Evans, Suranne Jones, Adrian Lester, Himesh Patel, David Tennant and Jodie Whittaker.
Film star
Over the years he has acted in a variety of shows including Coronation Street – in which he played Ritchie Fizgerald – and EastEnders – in which he starred as Tom Stuart.

He has also featured in BBC drama series The Street, but most people will recognise his voice from Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins.
Gen-Z fans will recognise him from the scandalous 2023 film Saltburn, where he played the dad of Barry Keoghan’s Oliver.
Shaun Dooley’s life off-screen
Shaun has been married to his wife Polly since 1998 and they are both trustees of Barnsley Youth Theatre.
The couple have three daughters and one son, named Jack, together.
The voice actor is also the old brother of Kimberly Dooley and actress Stephanie Ann Dooley, who is married to Darren Day.
