Sandy launch spots in Va Beach/Norfolk area.

I am looking for sandy spots in the VB area to launch my sunfish. I have searched around Back Bay using Google Maps but only see a few possible places. Currently we always go to First Landing State Park on the Bay side. I have not yet traveled to Hampton. Any suggestions?
