Taco Bell Brings Back Giant, Cheesy Fan-Favorite Starting at $1

Taco Bell is bringing back a fan-favorite menu item in various forms, one which you can grab for just $1, the company announced Thursday.

For a limited time beginning on Sept. 20, Taco Bell customers can enjoy the chain’s Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme ($5.49) and Big Cheez-It Tostada ($2.99). Or, if you prefer a Big Cheez-It with no accouterment, you can get a Big Cheez-It á la carte for just $1. The Big Cheez-It is 16 times larger than your average store-bought Cheez-It, making it quite a steal for the price.

If you’re curious about Taco Bell’s other Big Cheez-It items, the Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme is a good place to begin. It features two Big Cheez-It Crackers wrapped inside a classic Crunchwrap Supreme which includes seasoned beef, warm nacho cheese sauce, crisp lettuce, reduced-fat sour cream, and diced tomatoes.

Taco Bell's Big Cheez-It Tostada is perfect for those with a smaller appetite who still wish to sample the novelty item. One gigantic Cheez-It is topped with seasoned beef, diced tomatoes, crisp lettuce, and reduced-fat sour cream to create a treat that’s crunchy and gooey.

Also available is the Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Combo ($9.99), which comes with one Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme, a Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, an order of Nacho Fries, and a medium soft drink.

The Big Cheez-It’s return comes after a soft launch in June. In the months since it was last available, Taco Bell “upgraded” the Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap to be more satiating and made the huge cracker available on its own, as many customers had requested.

“The nationwide re-release of the Big Cheez-It reflects Taco Bell’s commitment to listening to its fans,” the chain said. The upgraded Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme and the introduction of the Big Cheez-It Cracker reflect feedback from fans on what they crave and aim to satisfy their wildest cheez-y cravings.”
