IN PHOTOS: PH celebs serve looks at Milan Fashion Week
MANILA, Philippines – Several style icons around the globe are making their respective fashion statements now that the highly-anticipated Milan Fashion Week is once again in full swing.
From September 17 to 23, over 50 shows from prestigious fashion houses — such as Fendi, Prada, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, and Feraggamo, among others — have showcased the newest pieces for their spring/summer 2025 collection.
Among those who graced these events are some of the Philippines’ biggest fashion mavens. Here’s a rundown of their most stunning looks:
Heart Evangelista
Of course, a fashion list won’t be complete without style icon Heart! As one of the first Filipino celebrities to make waves in the international fashion scene, the socialite has already proven that she’ll always bring her A-game for these events.
For the Onitsuka Tiger show, Heart was dressed in an all-black ensemble: fitted pants, a cropped turtleneck, and a textured jacket.
She also served another classic monochromatic fit — this time for the Tods show — where she was garbed in an all-brown ensemble.
Heart also didn’t hesitate to play with colors, mixing a vibrant red top and purple cardigan for the Prada show.
Perhaps one of Heart’s show-stopping ensembles for this year’s Milan Fashion Week though is the red corset dress she wore for the Versace show. Gold accessories, red gloves, and a black purse completed her effortlessly chic look.
Pia Wurtzbach
Although relatively new in the fashion week scene, Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach turned the Milan Fashion Week into her own runway again with a whirlwind of looks.
For the Prada show, Pia looked regal in a tailored all-black dress and coat.
Pia then went for a more peppy route in her outfit for the Missoni show. Rocking a white sleeveless top and denim, the highlight of her piece was the textured colorful coat.
She also stunned in a blue leathered coords for the Ferrari show.
With these impressive looks, it’s safe to say that Pia will be one of the most talked about personalities once again. To recall, the beauty queen made her Fashion Week debut just a year ago, wherein she even became one of the top-ranked international guests during Milan Fashion Week 2023.
According to reports, Pia garnered a total of $3.4 million (or around P192 million) in media impact value. She placed second to K-pop boy group’s ENHYPEN.
Anne Curtis
Always the one to turn heads, Anne Curtis was a delight to watch during her return to the fashion week scene.
She announced her attendance at the Gucci show with a striking embellished blue jumpsuit with long sleeves and a plunging neckline. The piece was complimented with red boots, belt, handbag, and a gold choker.
At the actual Gucci presentation, Anne was a mixture of sexy and classy as she donned a sheer top and floral maxi skirt.
Max Collins
One of the fresh faces for this year’s Milan Fashion Week is Max Collins.
The actress looked elegant in a black strapless evening gown for the Milano presentation.
For the Fendi show, Max wore a brown sheer dress with gold highlights. She accessorized it with a black belt, black handbag, black stilettos, black shades, and gold dangling earrings.
