Key employee says Titan sub tragedy could have been prevented

WASHINGTON, D.C.: A key employee this week told a commission investigating last year's Titan submersible explosion that the tragedy could have been averted if a federal safety agency had investigated his complaint.

OceanGate's former operations director David Lochridge, said he felt let down when the Occupational Safety and Health Administration did not investigate the complaint.

Lochridge testified that
