The death toll from Israeli airstrike on a Beirut suburb rises to 31

Lebanon's health minister reported that the death toll from an Israeli airstrike on a Beirut suburb has risen to 31, including women and children. The strike, which targeted a Hezbollah meeting, also left 68 people wounded. This is the deadliest airstrike on Beirut since the 2006 Israel-Hezbollah war.
