Support program starts for pregnant women, young moms in Elgin and Oxford counties

Pregnancy and new parenthood can come with a lot of questions and a whole host of competing advice. Now, pregnant women and new moms can sign up for frequent in-home visits from public health nurses who will help with goal setting and figuring out what to do with a baby.
