Fredericton's Grid City Magazine folds, but creator is hopeful about future of local arts scene

After 10 years in operation, Fredericton’s Matt Carter has decided to end Grid City Magazine — a New Brunswick online arts publication that began as a way to bring attention to the local arts scene.
