A MUM who loves to show off her body in bikinis has hit back at cruel trolls, who bully her over her stretch marks.

She shares her body image journey with her two million Instagram followers, and urges women not to be scared of the changes which can occur to their bodies.

In a recent post, the influencer shared some of the cruel comments trolls have made about her.

Referencing her body, one troll said: “Nope. This is pure laziness.

“She could do better if she would be bullied and little, lol.”

However, Sarah is not fazed by the trolls and continues to show off her stretch marks in bikinis and crop tops.

She hopes that her body confidence will inspire others to learn to accept their bodies, instead of stressing about them.

Responding to the cruel comment from the troll, Sarah hit back: “This comment, made by a woman, calling for me to be bullied.

“But, as I looked at it, my brain now no longer autocorrecting the words, I could see it for what it is.

“A rushed, passerby comment from someone I’ve never met.

“Suddenly it looked different under that lens. It looked rather irrelevant, sad, misguided.

“But that’s it, just a rushed comment by a passerby. Not a trusted loved one.

“Not someone I would ask advice from. Not anyone who has my skin in the game of my life. Basically, a fart in the wind.

“The world online is both beautiful and brutal. Bullying has become the expense you pay to exist in these spaces.”

Sarah expressed that she hopes none of her followers ever have to endure such cruel comments.

However, she said that if they do, they should try not to let it get to them, and to live their lives without worrying about other people’s opinions.

Why women should wear bikinis no matter their age or shape

IF you think you should hide your body this summer - think again!

Fabulous Magazine’s Fashion Director, Tracey Lea Sayer has

Times have changed since 2015 when Protein World spent £250,000 on an ad campaign of a slim 20-something bikini clad model asking the reader “Are you beach body ready?” The uproar that followed about the objectification of women was global. Branded offensive, irresponsible and harmful, the verdict on the campaign and the social media uproar was well documented, and rightly so.

Now, I am happy to say that all sizes of women are represented in swimwear across the media landscape. Brands like JD Williams, In The Style and New Look, to name just a few, all work with models of all sizes and ages to promote their swimwear.

My social media feed is also full of ladies of all ages and sizes looking Fabulous in their swimmies. What started out as a trickle of shy bikini-clad selfies has now become a body-positive movement that makes us all feel good to get into our swimwear.

And why shouldn’t we! Our bodies are all completely different and we should be celebrating that fact.

At 53, I love bikinis, I love having an all over tan in the summer with as few white bits as possible. I don’t want to dumb myself down as I get older, I want to celebrate that I am still here! My aim is to keep on wearing bikinis well into my 80s if I am lucky enough to get there.

I have learnt to love the aging process. I will never look like I did in my 20s again, but I do enjoy looking after myself way more than I did back then. A better diet, more exercise and a lot of self-care makes me feel good on the inside as well as the outside.

I love that other cultures like to celebrate their elders. I think we should embrace this in western society instead of just fetishizing youth.

Aging isn’t something to be feared but embraced.

Wear the damn bikini, I am going to!

Sarah’s post clearly struck a chord with many people, as it has racked up over 100,000 likes.

Her followers rushed to the comments section to share their support, and echo her sentiment.

One person said: “I guess there’s always the duality that exists but remember that it’s really nothing compared to the countless women who you help feel seen and still sexy. Thank you for what you do.”

Another person said: “Projection coming from a place of hate, their own insecurities and nothing on you. It’s tragic for them – I wish them well on their rough journey. This one and next.”

A third person said: “An absolute fart. I started seeing people’s negativity this way, and stopped commenting as well. They don’t know you, and they are farts.”
