UN chief talks with Venezuelan president over phone

UNITED NATIONS, Sept. 20 (Xinhua) -- UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres spoke to Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro on Friday morning by phone, a UN spokesman said.
