Oceania Cruises' Riviera ship is a foodie's delight
On a recent voyage on Oceania Riviera, the ship stopped in Bozcaada, Turkey, but I never saw the port. I had booked an onboard culinary class with chef Stephanie Hersh and I was busy elevating my culinary skills for most of the morning. Taking a cooking class with Hersh is the closest I’m ever going to get to a cooking lesson with Julia Child. She was Child’s executive personal assistant for 15 years and she’s an accredited chef in her own right.
