San Francisco 49ers star tight end George Kittle is doubtful for Sunday's game at the Los Angeles Rams due to a hamstring injury.

Kittle missed a second straight day of practice on Friday.

The five-time Pro Bowl selection caught 11 passes for 116 yards and one touchdown over the first two games. He has three 1,000-yard campaigns during his seven full seasons with the 49ers (1-1).
