Opposition at Montreal city hall looking for leader ahead of 2025 municipal election

For the first time, Ensemble Montréal will vote for its new leader. The party has only had interim leaders apart from founder Denis Coderre, who left municipal politics for the second time in 2021. The names being floated include politicians, a real estate developer and the head of the Chamber of Commerce.
