Police monitoring roof shooter used at Trump rally never spoke to Secret Service, report says

The local police responsible for the roof a shooter used to fire at ex-President Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania, had never spoken to the Secret Service prior to the shooting, a report released by the Secret Service on Friday says.
