President appoints Atishi as Delhi CM, accepts Arvind Kejriwal's resignation; oath ceremony on Sept 21

President Droupadi Murmu on Friday appointed Atishi as the chief minister of Delhi, from the date of her being sworn in and accepted Arvind Kejriwal's resignation, reported ANI, citing sources.
