Completion of Broadway Street reconstruction to be delayed by water-main replacement

A Toledo city official used a South Toledo community meeting Thursday to inform the public about a delay in Broadway Street reconstruction and about a proposed city initiative to help area businesses complaining of financial pains caused by diminished customer traffic.
