Chelsea set to apply for agent's £3m High Court claim relating to Kurt Zouma's previous move to West Ham quashed over incorrect filing

SAMI MOKBEL: Chelsea will apply to have agent Saif Rubie's £3million High Court claim thrown out, claiming the case has been incorrectly filed and should be dealt with by the Football Association.
