Can't really argue with anything in there, has has actually done a great job under extremely difficult circumstances. But he does need to find a way to improve the current form because regardless of the credit he should be due it's draining very rapidly.
The thing which is pissing me off about him at the moment is his inability to own the now, he's happy to reference our inability in front of goal, creating chances etc, but he has to then follow it up with something along the lines of 'but this was the case long before I came', like it's justification for it. He's been in a fair amount of time now and he should've overcome these issues, just stating it's always been like this isn't a get out of jail free card.
He has done great to keep us up, although I personally think other managers would've done the same as the squad isn't that bad, but you have to progress. 26% possession against a shit Southampton side, at home, isn't progress, it's shit.
