Kapodra police have apprehended a 64-year-old man for allegedly raping his five-year-old niece on Sep 13. The crime was revealed when the child's mother returned from Uttar Pradesh and consulted a doctor. The accused is charged under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Pocso Act.
