NYSP: Glenmont man arrested for rape
PRINCETOWN, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- A Glenmont man was arrested on Sept. 11 in connection to a report of a previous sexual assault. Jack Jimenez, 19, surrendered himself to Princetown State Police and faces a felony charge.
On August 4, Troopers received a report of a past sexual assault. Following an investigation, it was found that Jimenez allegedly sexually assaulted the victim who was incapable of providing consent.
Charges:
- Rape in the first degree, a class B felony
After surrendering himself, Jimenez was arraigned at the Princetown Town Court. He was later released on $5,000 cash bail.
