Lebanon Pager Blasts Could Be Preemptive Strike Before Major Military Operation - UN Chief

UNITED NATIONS (Sputnik) - UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said on Wednesday that the pager detonations in Lebanon could be a preemptive action ahead of a major military operation which has to be avoided at all costs.
