Smart to not practise what you preach

Norway has become the first country to have more electric vehicles than those running on other fuels. Of its 2.8 million registered cars, 754,303 are electric, while 753,905 run on petrol. Interestingly, Norway is also a major exporter of oil and natural gas, shipping most of it abroad.
