Cowboys place DT Jordan Phillips (wrist) on IR

In a corresponding move, the Cowboys signed veteran defensive lineman Carlos Watkins off the Washington Commanders' practice squad.

Phillips, who turns 32 on Saturday, played in two games for Dall
