Minister can't see province helping Calgary with $850M cost for Green Line wind-down

Dreeshen maintained that he didn't kill the Green Line by pulling the province's share of the funding for it about two weeks ago, contrary to claims by multiple members of Calgary city council that the LRT project was dead the moment the transport minister made that move.
