Belarus' ambassador meets with Russia's MGIMO rector to discuss diplomatic personnel training

Belarusian Ambassador to Russia Aleksandr Rogozhnik held a meeting with Rector of Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) under the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Anatoly Torkunov.
