TEHRAN, Sep. 18 (MNA) – Iran's Ambassador to Madrid Reza Zabib stated that the cyber-terrorist attack by Israel has no strategic importance compared to the Arbaeen Operation carried out by Lebanon’s resistance movement Hezbollah in August.
