Doctor accused of sexually assaulting man inside Queens urgent care: sources
NEW YORK (PIX11) – A doctor was accused of sexually assaulting a man inside a Queens urgent care, sources told PIX11 News.
Amir Sitafalwalla was arrested on Sept. 9, according to the NYPD. The 72-year-old man was charged with forcible touching and sexual abuse.
The 21-year-old victim was sexually assaulted during a visit to ModernMD, which is located on Jamaica Avenue, police said.
The NYPD has not confirmed when the sexual assault occurred or if the victim was a patient.
