Haryana elections: Congress announces MSP, old pension scheme. Here are all gurantees promised in manifesto

Ahead of the crucial assembly polls, Congress has unveiled seven guarantees for Haryana, including a legal guarantee for MSP and a caste survey. The party also promises 300 units of free electricity, Rs 2000 per month to women above 18 years, and Rs 6,000 pension to senior citizens if it comes to power.
