Naa Torshie honoured for her excellence in governance

The Administrator for the District Assemblies Common Fund, DACF, Mrs Irene Naa Torshie Addo, has been honored by the Ghana Women of the Year organized by Glitz Africa for her excellence in governance over the years and for her outstanding performance in the political arena.
