Montel Williams trashes MAGA fan after they confuse him with Sean 'Diddy' Combs

A MAGA fan on the social media site X claimed that Vice President Kamala Harris was linked to Sean "Diddy" Combs, who was arrested on multiple federal charges, including sex trafficking, this week.

The problem, however, is that the video shared by Josh Dunlap isn't Combs. The self-described "ultra-MAGA" influencer with 242,700 followers shared a video of Montel Williams, the host currently appearing on the Lifetime series "Military Makeover: Operation Career," which helps military members transition out of the armed forces and back into civilian life.

Williams retweeted Dunlap's post calling out the racism.

"Here they go again with 'all black people look alike…'" he said on X.

Williams dated Harris over two decades ago. Among the events the two attended was a charity event for Multiple Sclerosis, which Williams was diagnosed with in 1999. Williams was there not only with Harris but his daughter.

Among the comments mocking the racism by Dunlap was a verified account supporting Harris joking he loved the song "This is How We Do It," which is by Montell Jordan.

Another account got in on the mockery, claiming, "No, that was Pharrell Williams."
