ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Happy Tuesday! Meteorologist Matt Mackie says this Tuesday will be partly cloudy with temperatures in the 80s and the sun will set at 7 p.m. for the last time this year as the seasons begin to change.

Law enforcement has confirmed that the threats to the Bethlehem Central School District are not credible. Also, Vermont State Police are investigating three suspicious deaths in the town of Pawlet. These stories, and more, are in your five things to know this morning.

1. Threats against Bethlehem CSD deemed swatting

Law enforcement said there is no imminent safety issue for the Bethlehem Central School District after a series of phone threats were made against the district. Local police and agents with the Federal Bureau of Investigation are investigating the calls as swatting.

2. Vermont state police investigating three suspicious deaths

Vermont State Police are continuing their investigation Monday into three suspicious deaths in Pawlet. According to police, officers responded to a phone call that led them to a home where they found the three victims.

3. Spier Falls dam fire investigation continues

Questions still loom about what caused a major fire at a hydroelectric plant in Saratoga County. NEWS10 is told there is little impact to the local power grid and the people we spoke to had other things on their minds.

4. Parents suing Colonie for son’s death speak out

The family of 17-year-old Michael Kleinke Jr. has filed a lawsuit against the Town of Colonie and 72-year-old Thomas McGrath, the man charged in their son’s fatal crash. The suit accuses local authorities of failing to properly investigate McGrath’s condition just 38 minutes before the deadly collision, a failure the family believes contributed to their son’s death.

5. Filmed in Schenectady, Zach Bryan debuts new music video

Country singer Zach Bryan has released his new music video for “Oak Island.” The video was shot on location in Schenectady, as noted in the final title card of the video.
