Morning showers northwest, warm afternoon
What We’re Tracking
- Early rain northwest
- Warm Tuesday afternoon
- Active pattern
Temperatures this morning have fell into the middle 60s. Some folks in our northwestern are seeing light rain move into the area. Don't expect this to be a soaker. Any rainfall will be minute and short-lived.
Tuesday will be another warm day. Temperatures will stay in the upper 80s with winds from the south bringing in additional moisture and warm air. Eventually temperatures will bump into the lower 90s for mid-week. A few clouds build in for Tuesday night leading to a partly sunny day for Wednesday.
We'll hold on to hit or miss rain chances throughout most of the week as we continue to hold on to the warmer temperatures in the upper 80s to around 90° through Friday. By this weekend, a cold front will help to knock our temperatures to a near average range, just in time for the fall equinox on Sunday!
