RBI-led MPC's new members to face risks to growth amid inflation fight

New external members of RBI's monetary policy committee, to be appointed soon, will face new growth risks. RBI Governor Shaktikanta Das highlighted these risks, including persistent inflation and high global debt levels. The four-year term of current external members ends on Oct 4, just before the next MPC decision on Oct 9.
