Man arrested after burglary at Cumberland Farms in South Glens Falls
SOUTH GLENS FALLS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office reported the arrest of a Wolcott man following a burglary investigation. Chadd Zerniak, 34, is facing multiple charges.
According to the sheriff's office, Zerniak is accused of unlawfully entering the Cumberland Farms on Main Street in South Glens Falls on Sunday morning with the intent to commit a crime. He also allegedly damaged property during the incident.
Zerniak was charged with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was arraigned at the Moreau Town Court before being remanded to the Saratoga County Jail.
